My whole life I have been driven by a goal. Not just one, but a series of one after another. Be the first woman in my family to get a four-year degree, the first to get an advanced degree, own my own law firm, raise six children AND have a career…constantly chasing the world view of success. On the outside, I am sure to others, to everyone except my family, I had all of my *ish together. But, what I lacked was JOY and I craved to do NOTHING and to be OK with it.

Patrick Aime grew up in poverty and unrest in Rwanda but he had a dream of coming to the United States to make his own destiny.
His pathway to the United States was via sports. First, he finished high school in Belgium and then came to the United States to play basketball in college.
